Deposits must be made by wire transfer

Why when I buy a currency on Binance with a credit card is its price significantly higher than the quote? For two days it has been doing this to me. For example, the current price of the IO.net currency was 3.01 euros. When I click the estimate is the same. But when I pay Binance tells me that the price is 3.06.
