The statement mentions that 17 cryptocurrency companies have been found to be involved in tax evasion, including WazirX, which owes 405 million rupees (approximately 4.8 million dollars), CoinDCX, which owes 168.4 million rupees (approximately 1.9 million dollars), and CoinSwitch Kuber, which owes 141.3 million rupees (approximately 1.7 million dollars).
One of the most significant cases involves Nest Services Ltd, a company associated with Binance Group, which has been accused of evading taxes of 72.243 billion rupees (approximately 8.5 million dollars).
