The decentralized derivatives protocol Perennial launches an innovative solution called Perennial Intents, aimed at unifying the fragmented liquidity landscape in DeFi. Founder Kevin Britz pointed out that currently, crypto trading volume is dispersed across multiple networks, with on-chain transactions accounting for only a small portion. Perennial Intents integrates on-chain and off-chain liquidity to provide deeper market depth and better price execution.

The protocol adopts a hybrid model of off-chain order matching and on-chain AMM settlement, and introduces a one-click trading feature and the Perennial Petals rewards program, offering double points during the initial launch. Perennial has completed integrations with several major trading platforms, further enhancing market liquidity.
