Those who can buy are disciples, those who can sell are masters, and those who understand cash management are the grandmasters! In trend-based trading strategies, choosing when to buy is secondary, while deciding when to sell is key; however, good capital management is the essence of trend-based trading.
Last night, there was another roller-coaster market with Auntie. The 4-hour level market pierced through the resistance given above at 3530, and after a rebound at 3502, it recovered from the downtrend with consecutive bullish candles. After testing the 3700 level, it entered a consolidation phase. The piercing point is also near the 60-day moving average, and in the short term, we can continue to rely on this support line for reference. This line is also near the lower boundary of support, so the short-term support is still based on the 3530 line. If there is a solid break below this support, we will abandon it and wait for a new support test; otherwise, we can enter the market. The short-term focus above is still on the previous high vicinity. If it breaks the previous high, then we will pay attention to the resistance at 3880. In the short term today, we should first focus on the mentioned support and resistance for entry.
In the world of trading, the long and short positions are often the same group of people, especially in markets with heavy control by strong players, while the opposing side consists of retail investors.
12.4 Auntie's short-term advice: If it doesn’t break 3750, short at 3730-3720, aiming for 80-100 points.
If it doesn’t break 3880, short at 3830-3850, aiming for 80-150 points.
If it doesn’t break 3530, go long at 3580-3550, aiming for 80-120 points.
The above advice is for reference only; please manage your risks.
Wishing you successful trades!
