ChainCatcher message, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol announced live from the presidential office in Yongsan, Seoul, early today (December 4) that he has decided to accept the National Assembly's request to lift the martial law. This comes just over 6 hours after he announced the implementation of martial law on the evening of December 3.
