The U.S. government has moved BTC, they just transferred 19,799 BTC worth $1.9 billion to a new wallet address.

Shortly after, 10,000 BTC ($950 million) was transferred to CoinBase Prime, the reason for this transfer is unclear, it is likely to be sold over-the-counter.

$BTC reacted slightly negatively to this news.
