**DEX Clipper Gets Attacked, But Still Chill! 🚀**
- Early in the morning, DEX Clipper was attacked targeting liquidity pools in Optimism and Base. Fortunately, the loss was "only" $450,000 or around 6% of the total locked value (TVL).
- Fuzzland co-founder Chaofan Shou initially accused the private key leak. But Clipper said, "No, that's not it!" Their security system is said to be leak-proof.
- Clipper immediately took quick action, all swaps and deposits were temporarily suspended. But don't worry, withdrawals are still running, in accordance with their non-custodial nature.
- Clipper is also working with security experts for further investigation. They even invited the attacker to chat, who knows they can return the funds.
- According to the Immunefi report, November 2024 will be a month full of drama with 99.96% crypto losses due to hacks. However, DeFi losses have dropped drastically compared to last year.
Comment, who do you think will be the next superhero in the DeFi world? 🤔
