According to the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance, HKbitEX, PantherTrade, Accumulus, DFX Labs, Bixin.com, xWhale, YAX, Bullish, Crypto.com, WhaleFin, Matrixport HK, a total of 11 platforms are deemed to be licensed.
