When fans ask me whether they should enter the market at the current price or wait for a pullback, I usually recommend a strategy for building a position:
First enter the market with a small amount near the current price;
If there is a pullback, you can use a leverage of 1x to add more positions at a low level;
After the price rises, close the leverage to replace the previous high-cost buy orders.
This method can avoid missing opportunities and reduce the risks caused by pullbacks.
However, this strategy is mainly suitable for when the bottom reversal has just occurred and the key pressure level has been broken, and the price increase is not large. If the price has risen a lot, it is not recommended to chase high.
