In the contract trading business, playing high-multiple contracts sounds exciting, but for me, it is a great way to make money quickly, and the chances of winning are quite high. 1. Manage money properly and control positions
I set a rule for myself that I will invest a maximum of 300U in contract trading, and I will not play more. In this way, even if I lose, it will only be a little, but if I get lucky, it is not impossible to make tens of thousands of U.
At the beginning of betting, I always test the water with a small amount. Just like the experts said, if you see it right, you will see money at the beginning. For example, if there are 300U in the account, I may throw in 2U first, or even less.
2. Keep an eye on the trend and find the right time
I found that big market trends often emerge suddenly after the K-line is dull. It's the kind that doesn't move for a long time, and then suddenly the K-line becomes lazy. At this time, it either rises or falls, and you have to keep your eyes open.
Once you see any special shape of the K-line, such as the 2B structure, it may be a change in the market. At this time, you have to seize the opportunity and gently test it. If the position is not good, put less; if it feels stable, put more.
3. There are techniques for increasing the code, and the brakes must be stable
If the market really goes as I want and I make money, I will use the money I earn to increase the code. But when increasing the code, I have to leave myself a way out to ensure that even if I lose, it is the loss that I earned, and the principal must be firmly held. Increase the code slowly, don't go all in at once, so as not to be thrown off the car by the shock.
After increasing the code, the brake point must also be adjusted accordingly, so that even if the market reaches the end, I can keep the principal. This is very critical, allowing me to stand firm in the shock until the real big market comes.
In short, control your hands, don't open positions randomly, and wait for the right time to make a move.
