Ripple Wins Motion to Expedite Court Judgment as XRP Price Prepares for Next Leg Up

The court has decided to expedite the process to reach a final judgment in the XRP class action lawsuit that began a while ago. This came after both Ripple and the plaintiffs agreed that there was no reason to delay the case any further.

The plaintiffs want the court to clarify its earlier decision so that there is no confusion about the final outcome. However, some claims against Ripple are currently on hold until the appeals are resolved. Once the appeal regarding the class action claims is resolved, both parties must jointly request that the stay be lifted on the remaining claims.

The court has ruled in favor of Ripple Labs and its CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, which is a positive outcome for them. A trial date has been set for January 21, but this may change depending on the appeal process.
