1. Manage your money and control your positions
Wallet limit: I set a limit for myself in contract trading, which is 300U, and I won’t play with more. In this way, even if I lose, I will only lose this little, but if I hit the big luck, it is not a dream to make tens of thousands of U.
Start with a small amount: I started with a very small bet, just like the stock expert Livermore said, if you see it right, you have to make money from the beginning. So, even if there is 300U in the account, I may throw 2U in first, or even less.
2. Look for the trend and find the right time
Trend observation: I found that those big movements often come after the K-line goes flat. It's the kind that after swaying for a long time, the K-line suddenly becomes lazy. At this time, it is either going up or down, so you have to keep an eye on it.
Good opportunity to intervene: As soon as you see the K-line has any special shape, such as 2B structure, it may be that the situation is about to change. At this time, you have to seize the opportunity and quietly touch it. If the position is not good, put less; if it feels particularly stable, put more.
3. How to increase the code and how to brake
The secret of increasing the code: If the market really goes as I expected and makes money, I will use the money I earned to increase the code. But when increasing the code, I have to set a brake point for myself to ensure that even if I lose, I will lose the money I earned, and the principal must be kept. Increase the code slowly, don't go all in at once, so as not to be shaken down by the shock.
Stop loss adjustment: After increasing the code, the brake point must also move with it, so that even if the market turns back, I can ensure that the principal will not be hurt. This is very important, which allows me to hold on in the shock and wait for the real big market.
In short, keep your hands off and don't drive too often. Look for the right position before entering.
