A simple method to determine whether your position is reasonable:

Ask yourself two questions:

1. How much has it risen/fallen?

2. Can it continue to rise/fall?

If these two questions start to frequently appear in your mind, it indicates that your position may be too large. At this point, emotions are being driven by the market, and your actions can easily get out of control.
