What are your thoughts on the developments in 2025?

Q1: What are you most looking forward to seeing in the Web3 industry in 2025?

The diverse applications of NFTs are exciting. In addition to the already vibrant generative art and tech art communities continuously publishing and showcasing works in NFT form, the broader entertainment industry has also begun to adopt NFTs as tools for fan engagement, thus highlighting the potential of NFTs as identity verification.

Q2: From your professional perspective, what do you believe is the most important trend in the blockchain industry in 2025? What are your insights and observations?

The popularization of a new technology always takes some time, but when it becomes widely usable, no one will explore the technology itself. Currently, many blockchain-related implementations choose specific chains first, but as the barriers to cross-chain transactions decrease, it is an inevitable trend for a service or NFT to be convertible across multiple chains, just like how all foreign currencies can be freely exchanged now.

The creation and management of wallets also need to be simpler for users, making it easier to manage, less likely to be lost, and ideally combined with daily tools.

Q3: Are there any interesting plans or products for 2025 that you can share?

akaSwap will start integrating all its own development tools in 2024, creating more fan management modules for brands, and building a platform for regular creators to choose to use directly. In 2025, it will operate fan economy with users at its core while assisting digital creators in the art community to explore more diverse management and display in the metaverse.
