⚡️ @Avax $AVAX announces the launch of the Avalanche9000 upgrade on testnet

Avalanche rolls out the Avalanche9000 network upgrade on testnet. The innovation is primarily aimed at reducing the cost of chain deployment by 99.9%. Moreover, #Avalanche has launched Retro9000, a grant program of $40M to reward builders developing Layer 1 blockchains and other tools on the Avalanche9000 testnet. Earlier in October, Avalanche introduced its Visa card for cryptocurrency payments.
