Users who stake JUP tokens through Jupiter are eligible to vote on this proposal, with voting power proportional to the amount of staked JUP at a 1:1 ratio. This proposal aims to reward "real and active users," with the voting deadline set for November 29 at 10:59 AM Eastern Time.
