Techub News 消息，芝加哥期权交易所（Cboe）将于 12 月 2 日推出首款与现货比特币相关的现金结算指数期权，期权基于新的 Cboe 比特币美国 ETF 指数，旨在反映在美国交易所上市的现货比特币 ETF 的表现。这些期权在 Cboe 期权交易所独家上市和交易，将受 SEC 监管，除了现金结算外，这些指数期权还将提供欧式行权，这意味着它们只能在到期日行权，从而消除了提前转让的风险。此外，除了标准规模指数的期权外，芝加哥期权交易所还计划在推出时提供 Cboe 迷你比特币美国 ETF 指数期权（股票代码：MBTX）。
