The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has confirmed the distribution of over $4.6 million to investors affected by the unregistered ICO of the startup BitClave.

- Funds will be paid from the BitClave Fair Fund after notification and the application process.

- BitClave conducted an ICO in 2017, raising over $25 million.

- In 2020, the SEC charged the project with violating federal securities laws.

- BitClave agreed to pay $29 million, but has so far only paid $12 million.
