The gas to transfer money using XRP, I heard is 0.00001 XRP per transfer.

If XRP reaches $1000 per 1 XRP, that means it will only cost 1 cent for banks to transfer money to other banks!

So using that kind of reasoning, $1000 per XRP is not impossible.
