Two shoe salesmen were sent to a country for field research.
When they returned, they reported their findings to their representative.
The pessimistic salesman immediately said: It won't work, no one wears shoes there, it won't be a good investment.
The optimistic salesman said, we're going to fail, he exclaimed, no one wears shoes there, it will be our best investment.
