Mr. Trung emphasized that this decision is not related to finances, but is a strategic move to optimize resources and focus on core products, including:

- Ronin Wallet / Waypoint

- Mavis Marketplace

- Axie Infinity (including a new game)

- Launching Web3 games

- Expanding the Ronin network to support more developers.

Sky Mavis believes that the restructuring will help the company gain momentum for extraordinary growth by 2025, while maintaining its leading position in the Web3 gaming sector.
