Pnut and Act's recent performance has been unsatisfactory.
I know many people have chosen to cut their losses and exit!
But I have consistently been increasing my holdings.
Given their considerable increase after the rise, a pullback is a normal phenomenon. Furthermore, prior to this, many KOLs vigorously recommended them, leading to a large influx of retail investors. The operators may still have a period of decline to achieve a thorough washout.
However, when facing a decline, one should not panic sell; it should be viewed as an excellent opportunity to increase positions.
In a bull market, the key is to accurately identify quality targets, as heavy positions can often create miracles.
For me, I can no longer find an investment target more ideal than Pnut, nor a better choice than ACT.
The strategy we adopted in the second phase is to position a specific number of sectors. In a bull market, the speculation of sectors inevitably follows a certain order.
Therefore, some sectors you hold may start the speculation trend first; once profits are realized, shift your positions to sectors that have not yet been speculated.
I must emphasize that in a bull market, the dominant strategy should be long-term holding. We do not actively chase the rhythm of sector rotation; we only transfer our positions to unspeculated sectors after the speculation in our invested sectors concludes.
Insist on long-term holding as the main strategy. The market still operates according to the rules of sector rotation; as long as you patiently hold, it will eventually come around. In the early stages, you can broadly position in multiple sectors, and after the speculation is completed, you can flexibly switch funds.
In most cases, it is difficult to precisely predict the rhythm of fund rotation, so we adopt the approach of preemptively positioning a certain number of sectors. Once a sector's speculation is completed, funds are transferred to other sectors. Focusing on in-depth exploration of projects or sectors, compared to blindly following trends, often yields greater chances of success.
If you want to seize this bull market, learning on the fly will definitely be too late; it’s best to have someone guide you for a quick entry.
