The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced the departure of its chairman, Gary Gensler, who will leave the agency at noon on January 20, 2025 drive XRP Pumping.
Gensler, who began his term on April 17, 2021, has led the SEC during a significant period of rulemaking and enforcement designed to improve the efficiency, resilience, and integrity of U.S. capital markets.
