On November 18, Musk published a themed video about TERMINUS, the first city on Mars, on social media. The background voice of the video mentioned:

Welcome to TERMINUS, the first Mars city.

Earlier, Musk responded to a tweet from DogeDesigner, the UX/UI graphic designer of Dogecoin and My Doge Wallet, on social media saying

"Foundation->Terminus".

TERMINUS is the name Musk gave to the first city on Mars in the future.

The concept comes from Asimov's "Foundation" series of novels.
