A listing happens sooner or later. For the project, it's an option to announce itself and retain clients; for users, it's to get a drop for being the first clients, such mutually beneficial relationships. I want to touch on the areas that confuse me a bit; I don't have an answer as to why this is so, and I relate to them a bit with caution.
👊 There is a feeling that HOT is not well-liked in the world of TON / TG.
I can't explain otherwise why in the Trending apps ranking, applications like Tomo Wallet or Pacbot are ranked higher than HOT, while HOT has been relegated to the last place in the list of non-custodial wallets. Most likely, the reason is that HOT operates not on TON, but on Near. But still, it looks strange, to put it mildly. I notice for the first time how this application almost completely ignores HOT.
⬆️ Beyond Telegram
In my subjective opinion, a successful listing for HOT will be possible only if they go far beyond Telegram, as if this Telegram doesn't exist at all. If Telegram becomes just one of the ways to interact with HOT and not the main one, then we will see a cool listing. Right now, it seems to me that all the advantages and strengths of HOT are diluted because a large percentage of TG users perceive HOT as just a simple farm.

I don't know who sits on the top exchanges and makes listing decisions, but I can assume that there might be people there who don't care, and in their eyes, HOT will also be just another farm from Telegram, only with a smaller audience. They won't delve into what it represents, etc. Of course, HOT has an argument in the form of the combined balances of users, which is a big plus, but while communicating with such structures, I've noticed more than once how indifferent and uncooperative the people responsible for making various decisions are.
