The Brazilian Federal Revenue has proposed "DeCripto," a new regulatory instruction to tax cryptocurrency transactions. Inspired by the OECD's CARF international standard, the initiative aims to increase transparency and control, covering international transfers, decentralized finance and NFTs. The deadline for public suggestions is December 6.
