  • Please review the Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions before using products on the Binance Simple Earn platform.

  • The Tier Bonus APR is offered as an additional reward to the Real-Time APR. After signing up, Tier Bonus APR rewards begin accruing the next day from 9:00 PM (UTC). Rewards will begin to be distributed the next day, after they start accruing, between 21:00 (BRT) and 05:00 (BRT) to the user's Spot Wallet.

  • All users who have open positions for USDT Flexible Products will receive Real-Time APR and Tier Bonus APR rewards during the promotion period. Once the promotion ends, users will only be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards.

  • Bonus APR rewards per Tier are calculated based on subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier cap for each token (i.e. 0 - 500 USDT per user for Flexible USDT Products). Please see the FAQ for more details.

  • Users can view their assets in Flexible Products by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Flexible.

  • Users can activate the "Automatic Enrollment" function before completing applications for Flexible Products, which allows users to automatically enroll corresponding Flexible Products using the same Spot Wallet asset.

  • Redemption time for Flexible Product subscriptions: instant.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or in breach of any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.

  • When any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
