According to TechFlow, on November 7, Blockspace reported that Bitcoin infrastructure and financial services company NYDIG has acquired Bitcoin mining company Consensus Technology Group (CTG). It is reported that the acquisition transaction may be completed in October 2024.

CTG co-founder and chief technology officer David Westrop's LinkedIn profile shows that he started a new operations position at NYDIG last month. The LinkedIn page of another CTG co-founder Joshua Zappala also shows that he is now employed by NYDIG and is responsible for corporate development and strategy.
