- Guild Members (min. 100 UTK) stake and earn competitive APRs (up to 10%), with the flexibility to move between guilds and take part in governance decisions through the DAO (Alchemy Lab).

The maximum number of guilds is 50 and each one is limited to max 12M UTK, while the APR percentage depends on the number of tokens, and it will be adjusted periodically to maintain the system's health and control inflation.
