Golden Finance reports that the Cambria County Council office in the "swing state" of Pennsylvania stated that due to a "software malfunction," voters are currently unable to scan their ballots, and voting hours in the county have been extended. County election officials insist that "procedures have been established to address such issues," and the malfunction "should not prevent voters from voting in their own precincts." Voter Luciew stated, "When we (Luciew and his wife) arrived there, we found it strangely empty. People were leaving saying the machines were broken. After going in to confirm the issue, we decided to wait until the machines were back to normal before going in."
