I noticed some friends asking where to reduce positions in the push notifications, but I didn't see it in the comments, so I'm opening an independent post to update on the thinking regarding SOL.
In the last wave, we marked all the places that could be traded: short-term targets at 162 and 157, aiming for 170-180.
For the pullback, similar to Chart 1, we defend the target.
Currently back at 165, the support and resistance levels have swapped, so we definitely need to reduce positions here. Above 150, we still see a strong adjustment.
The viewpoint on SOL has remained effective for half a year.
1. 120 and 130, still good to enter.
2. For further targets, 100 and 85, add positions with eyes closed.
3. Trendline, do not trade unless it breaks out of the wedge structure. Trade where it breaks. The upward pattern opens up, downward look for the phase starting point at 120, which is strong resistance, so if this position breaks and rebounds, we exit.
