💰 SEC Strikes Again

Blockchain gaming company Immutable has announced that it has received a Wells Notice from the US SEC, alleging that it violated securities laws and made false statements. The US SEC claims that its tokens are securities and may focus on the listing and private sale of IMX in 2021.
