CoinVoice has recently learned that crypto mining company Bitfarms has signed a second hosting agreement with US Stronghold Digital Mining to expand operations at its Pennsylvania-based facility. The initial terms of the agreement will expire on December 31, 2025, and will be automatically renewed annually thereafter. In addition, Bitfarms will pay Stronghold 50% of miners’ profits each month.
Bitfarms CEO Ben Gagnon said the 20,000 miners on site will increase efficiency and continue to improve the company's overall efficiency. Previously, Bitmain signed its first hosting agreement with Stronghold in September, when it added an initial 10,000 miners to its Panther Creek facility in Pennsylvania.
