How to hedge BNB mining through pre-market trading—SCR
Binance will launch pre-market trading at 18:00 on October 11, 2024. The first token traded on Binance pre-market is SCR. For tokens that have not yet been traded, you can hedge through pre-market trading, so that your mined tokens can be secured in advance.
SCR has launched pre-market trading functions on other exchanges. I will temporarily trade 180 SCR in USDT to demonstrate to you. I sold 180 SCR at a price of 1.6U, and the delivery currency is USDT, with a total of 288U locked. When SCR is actually listed and traded, it will be delivered at a certain time when the transaction begins (usually after the price of the currency stabilizes a few hours after the opening).
USDT-based delivery mechanism:
If the SCR unit price is 2U at the time of delivery, then my profit is (1.6-2)*180=-72U. Then my 288 staked will be unlocked, plus the loss of 72U, I will get a total of 288-72=216U when the settlement is completed. If the SCR price rises to 3.2U, the loss will reach the maximum, and the locked 288U will be lost.
If the SCR unit price is 1.2U at the time of settlement, then my profit will be (1.6-1.2)*180=72U. Then my 288 staked will be unlocked, plus the profit of 72U, I will get a total of 288+72=360U when the settlement is completed. If the SCR price returns to zero, the profit will reach the maximum at this time, and the profit will be (1.6-0)*180=288U.
Binance's pre-market trading has not yet been launched. You can take a look at the specific settlement method after it goes online.
