CoinVoice has recently learned that British fintech company Revolut said that it has prevented nearly $13.5 million in cryptocurrency losses for its customers in the past three months by strengthening fraud protection measures.

The company, which launched its cryptocurrency-dedicated trading platform Revolut X in the UK earlier this year, installed algorithms that flagged 8% of transfers between June and September as potentially suspicious. After a more in-depth review process, only 1 in 5,000 flagged transfers resulted in account closure. This represents just 0.02% of Revolut’s 45 million customers worldwide. [Original link]
