PANews reported on October 7 that Web3 anti-fraud solution Scam Sniffer shared a screenshot of a TON-based wallet fund stealing service announcing its closure. The fund stealing service claimed that there were not enough cryptocurrency whales in the community, which was bad for their business. The hacker wrote: "Since TON has no big users and the community is small, we will shut down." The fund stealing service directed its users to steal Bitcoin. The fund stealing service also promoted another service and said that its TON fund stealing service would not return.

Meanwhile, Scam Sniffer data shows that about 10,800 victims were affected by phishing attacks in September, and about $46.6 million in digital assets were lost to phishing last month. Most of the losses came from a single phishing transaction, which stole more than $32 million in cryptocurrency.
