For the first time entering the blockchain, Lamborghini launches digital supercar
Italian luxury sports car manufacturer Lamborghini recently announced a partnership with Animoca Brands to launch a Web3 platform called "Fast ForWorld". The platform will be officially launched on November 7, providing users with a series of interoperable digital supercars for purchase, collection and use in the game.
According to Animoca Brands’ blog announcement on October 2, Fast ForWorld will allow users to “experience, play, interact and collect digital collectibles while receiving rewards for participation.” The supercars will be available as interoperable digital assets from launch across multiple gaming platforms, including Torque Drift 2, REVV Racing, Motorverse Hub and Fast ForWorld exclusive experiences.

Designed, developed and deployed by Gravitaslabs, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, Fast ForWorld will be at the heart of Lamborghini’s digital interactivity and Web3 projects. The platform will also provide a 3D wallet for users to store and interact with their digital items, enhancing the overall user experience.
Create an immersive experience and expand functional brand influence
The partnership between Lamborghini and Animoca Brands aims to combine their digital and physical ecosystems to provide fans and customers with breakthrough experiences and extended loyalty. The partnership marks the first time Lamborghini has implemented blockchain-based interoperability of its iconic vehicles in a game.
In order to access the Fast ForWorld platform, fans will need to acquire its first digital supercar, the Lamborghini Revuelto. The car serves as a key into the interoperable ecosystem and is bundled with the Fast ForWorld Genesis Capsule, unlocking exclusive benefits on and off the platform. These interoperable Lamborghini Revuelto and related Genesis Capsules will be launched globally in November.

Motorverse, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, is also involved as a global ecosystem and community for digital vehicles, racing games and racing culture. Players will be able to buy, sell, own and drive Lamborghini’s iconic supercars across multiple games in the Motorverse for an unprecedented level of immersive gaming experience.
Deeply engaged in the Web3 industry, Lamborghini continues to innovate
This cooperation continues Lamborghini’s exploration in the blockchain industry. Back in 2022, the luxury carmaker partnered with NFT PRO and INVNT to release a series of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) showcasing its iconic vehicles. The "Road Trip NFT" project will last from August 2022 to March 2023, launching a limited-time NFT collection series every month, associated with different locations.
Christian Mastro, Lamborghini's marketing director, said at the time that NFTs were "a new unique, non-traditional proposal" and "a new generation of expression."
In addition, Lamborghini has also collaborated with Sotheby’s to auction the last Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé, paired with a unique NFT that combines physical luxury goods with the world of tokenized assets.

Through its partnership with Animoca Brands, Lamborghini further consolidates its position in the digital industry and brings more diversified experiences to fans and customers. This time the Fast ForWorld platform is not only another important measure for brand digitization, but also a model of the deep integration of the automotive industry and blockchain technology.
