New York Attorney General Letitia James recently sued Gemini, Genesis and DCG for defrauding 230,000 investors of more than $1 billion.
The lawsuit alleges:
- Poor management behavior of Genesis & DCG's leadership when intentionally concealing Genesis's crisis situation.
- The complicated relationship between Gemini, Genesis and DCG causes damage to customers.
- Gemini floor deceived customers when it promised that the Earn program was very safe.
