PANews reported on October 4 that according to Scam Sniffer monitoring, in September, about 10,000 addresses lost a total of about $46 million due to phishing scams. In the third quarter of 2024, the total phishing losses were $127 million, with an average of 11,000 victims per month. Among them, two major victims lost a total of $87 million. One victim lost $32 million for signing a license.
