Project Introduction
Uplink is a decentralized physical infrastructure network that provides decentralized network connectivity, aiming to create better distributed and user-operated infrastructure. Individuals and businesses who want to participate in the ecosystem can become providers and install hardware compatible with Uplink for use in their own communities or places of business, profiting directly from its use. Users will then be able to access connectivity at will wherever Uplink provides coverage, and mark areas where they need it where there is no Uplink coverage.
How to get rewards?
Currently, we just need to create an Uplink account and pre-register our router. Any existing Wi-Fi router or deploying a new router can become a provider, and then once the Uplink network is online, they will immediately contribute to the Uplink ecosystem and receive rewards.
The project has just started testing on October 3. If you read the tutorial and executed it, you should be one of the first users to participate. Currently, you only need to pre-register, which is super simple. Let’s start the tutorial without further ado.

Register an account
After coming in:
Click to register an account
Enter your email address
Set password
Repeat password
Check
Click to register
The pop-up window requires email verification. We go to our own email and click the verification link.
After the verification is completed, we will enter the main interface. After entering:
Set your nickname
Select Country
Click Save
Pre-registered router
Back to the main interface, we click this place to start registering the router
After jumping to the interface, we click Accept All in the pop-up window
Then click here to start registering your router
Start registration:
Enter your router name
Select the location of the router
Choose indoor or outdoor
Click Continue
(The rest of this step is optional. If you want to enter it, you can find it on the back of your router. If you can't find it, you can Google it~)
5. Your location information will be read here, just click to confirm
6. The pre-registration is successful when the final interface appears
It is currently a pre-registration. After waiting for further official updates, the routers we successfully enter can earn us points.
