About the campaign
Binance will reward 01 affiliate with an exciting weekend in São Paulo, at the biggest racing event in the world.
The winner will have exclusive access on November 3rd and 4th (Saturday and Sunday).
Second and third place winners will win token voucher prizes.

How to participate?
Be part of the Binance Affiliate Program in Brazil.
Create content about the listed products (Binance Convert, Binance Pay, Binance Earn, Buy Crypto with QR Code, Binance Spot Copy Trading, Local Pairs Trading) and post them on social media during the campaign period.
The campaign's priority is to create videos as the main source of eligibility. Instagram stories will only be counted as support and CALL TO ACTION.
Content must be published on social networks registered with the Binance affiliate program.
Have a minimum of 100 (one hundred) referrals who complete KYC verification during the campaign.
Have a minimum of 50 (fifty) First Trades during the campaign.
Include a Call To Action (CTA) in your content to invite your audience to sign up using your Binance Affiliate link.

General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
The promotion is only valid for affiliates in Brazil.
To qualify for the rewards, the affiliate must recruit at least one hundred (100) new registrations that complete the security verification (KYC) and fifty (50) First Trades (First Time Traders) through their referral link registered in the Binance database during the campaign, which will run from 2024-09-26 (12:00 UTC-3) to 2024-10-14 (23:59 UTC-3).
Only those who correctly complete the form will participate in the promotion.
Affiliates can participate by creating more than one content. However, the content must be different.
The 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive their prizes in their Binance Spot wallet within 10 business days after the campaign ends. However, the winner will be informed if there is any delay.

Binance will contact the winners via the email registered with Binance or via Telegram (sent only by the person responsible for affiliates in Brazil, Silvia Munoz Campo, and no other profile) to facilitate the distribution of the rewards.
Winners must respond to contact within three (3) calendar days of submission. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and no refund or cash equivalent of the prizes will be issued.
Acceptance: By registering for the Promotion, each Participant (as defined below) accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) set forth herein, and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Responsible Party in relation to the Promotion. Participants who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions may not be considered winners of the Prizes provided for herein (as defined below).
Binance reserves the right to modify the terms of this Promotion without prior notice to participants, for any reason, including the right to terminate or cancel the Promotion or the delivery of Prizes.
Prizes are unique and non-transferable.
Each of the Winners will be solely responsible for the consequences and tax obligations that the delivery of the Prize implies, if applicable, for each of them, releasing Binance from any liability arising from such reason. Likewise, participants waive any legal action of any kind or nature that they intend to take against Binance, by virtue of this Promotion.
The Prizes will be granted to the Winners through a third party. Binance is not responsible for the service provided by the Agent, as well as for cancellations or delays, releasing Binance from any liability arising from the third-party services contracted. Binance is not responsible for any loss generated by obtaining the Prize.
The Prize does not include any additional expenses or benefits to those provided for in this Promotion, therefore, Binance will not be responsible for any additional expenses that each of the Winners must incur, including costs of passport, visa, vaccination, transfers, medical insurance or any additional expenses that may be generated, including those due to change or missed flights.

Participants will be considered void and will be automatically excluded and disqualified from receiving benefits in the following cases:
Any violation of Binance's Terms of Use.
Manipulation of results or failure to comply with terms and conditions.
Incorrect, outdated or false information provided by the user.
Use of technological means to duplicate or make records in an automated manner.
Binance reserves the right to determine and/or amend these Promotion Terms at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice.
