According to ChainCatcher, Bithumb announced that Rally (RLY) was designated as a cautious investment project according to the "Policy on the Designation of Prudent Investment Projects for Virtual Assets" and its deposit will be suspended at 13:00 local time on September 24.

This decision was made because some of the materials prepared by the issuer or operator of RLY to explain important matters related to the virtual asset could not be confirmed. In addition, the virtual asset has insufficient technical support and the project's operating performance is poorly judged.
