Former U.S. President Trump’s product line has become increasingly diversified, and he recently launched a silver coin with a price tag of $100, but the actual silver content is only worth about $30. Trump’s merchandise ranges from Bibles to limited-edition sneakers and even non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Trump issued “Trump Coins” made of pure silver

Trump recently announced the launch of a $100 silver coin through the social platform Truth Social. The coin weighs one ounce and is billed as "99.9% pure silver." However, the current value of an ounce of silver is only about $31.50, according to silver price market data. Nonetheless, backers may view it as a collectible item and anticipate that its price may rise in the future.

Silver coin design: Trump’s image and the White House are presented on both sides

One side of the coin features Trump's profile, while the other side displays the White House and Trump's signature. The product page clearly states that this silver coin is "apolitical" and is not sold by Trump himself, the Trump Organization, or any of its affiliates. This indicates that the product is a collector's item only and has nothing to do with its political activities.

This is not the first time to enter the collection market: I have launched NFT and sports shoe products

The launch of the silver coin comes just about a month after Trump released his fourth series of NFT trading cards, which cost $99 each and showed his continued focus on the cryptocurrency market. In February, Trump also launched his line of high-top sneakers, with prices ranging from $99 to $399.

Trump and 'God Bless America' singer jointly release Bible

In addition to digital assets and fashion merchandise, Trump also collaborated with singer Lee Greenwood in March to launch a $60 Bible. Greenwood is the creator of the famous song "God Bless the USA." The Bible is said to have generated $300,000 in sales.

Current status of Trump’s wealth: Net worth has declined slightly

Trump's current net worth, estimated by Forbes to be about $3.7 billion, has declined recently, in part because the stock of his media company, Trump Media, has repeatedly hit new lows. Still, much of Trump's wealth is tied to his holdings in shares of DJT, the company behind his social platform Truth Social.

Trump's financial pressure also extends to the campaign. According to Politico, Vice President Harris' campaign spending significantly exceeded Trump's in August, but Harris' campaign still raised $190 million, compared to Trump's $45 million.

From silver coins, NFT to sneakers, Trump’s product line is expanding, bringing him considerable income. However, it remains to be seen whether revenue from these merchandise can fill his financial hole as he faces legal troubles and campaign pressure.
