#Aave Community New Proposal: Stripping WBTC

Aave community member LlamaRisk proposed a new proposal to strip WBTC, with specific measures including:

1. Reduce WBTC LTV on all V3 instances (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Harmony, Optimism, and Polygon) to 0 to prevent additional borrowing with WBTC collateral, but without affecting the positions of existing users.

2. Reduce the supply and borrowing caps to 5-10% higher than the current utilization rate, limiting the additional risk of WBTC while allowing users to flexibly adjust their positions.
