FTX prosecutors praised Caroline Ellison for her "exemplary" cooperation ahead of her sentencing for fraud on Sept. 24.

The U.S government highlighted her role in founder Sam Bankman-Fried's conviction, without recommending a specific sentence, but asked the judge to take her cooperation into account.
