Update #2 from Nels' journey to break the world record for running across America!
đ„ After battling brutal 104°F (40°C) heat and covering nearly 150 miles (240 km) in 2 days, Nels is now climbing into Yosemite and over the Sierra Nevadas, reaching heights of 10,000 ft (3050 m).
â°ïž With tougher terrain slowing him down, Nels will need to make up for lost miles on flatter ground ahead.
