The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has struck hard! 12 defendants were sentenced for participating in a violent home invasion to steal cryptocurrency, with the main offender Remy Ra St Felix being sentenced to 47 years in prison. These crimes involved the theft of more than $3.5 million in digital assets across multiple states. 😱

They controlled the victim's phone number through SIM card swaps, accessed the cryptocurrency account, and then carried out home robberies. The main accomplice Seemungal was also sentenced to 20 years in prison and was required to pay $4,038,479.39 in compensation.
