Business Intelligence company 48092377450 acquired an additional 18,300 BTC for over $1 billion, at an average price of $60,408, an official report shows.
With this latest purchase, the company now owns 244,800 BTC, which is worth approximately $14 billion. In addition, according to the company's founder and president Michael Saylor, Microstrategy's total holdings were purchased at an average of $38,585.
Microstrategy's latest acquisitions were made possible thanks to the proceeds from the issuance and sale of company shares. Meanwhile, the price of 04801095384 has surpassed $59,000 at the moment, recovering from the drop at the beginning of September.
