Odaily Planet Daily News: The TON validator channel posted that it had launched a penalty mechanism system for validators on September 9. The TON network uses the checkloadall command in the lite-client tool to analyze the number of blocks that the verification node should process within a specific time and the number of blocks actually processed. If the number of blocks processed by a verification node is less than 90% of the expected number, the node is considered to be underperforming and should be punished. The fine is fixed at 101 TON, which is approximately equal to the income of the verification node per round. The fine will be distributed to other verification nodes, minus network fees and a small reward (about 8 TON) for the initiator of the complaint. The TON network's move is to solve the network outage problem caused by the surge in DOGS transactions twice in August.
