[DFINITY President sees ICP computing power increasing by 500% year-on-year]
Dominic Williams, chief scientist at the DFINITY Foundation, shares an important update on the Internet Computer blockchain. The latest data shows that ICP’s native applications have the ability to resist network attacks, enhance the security of blockchain-based website development, and reduce the need for application management.
In addition, ICP’s new software supports advanced AI capabilities, allowing developers to train AI models on the network, from design to deployment of applications. ICP also introduces decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) and automated processes for on-chain governance. AI models can manage proposals and automatically determine parameters after approval, reducing the risk of manual and program errors.
These upgrades have significantly increased the computing power of the ICP network, with an annual growth rate of 500% according to the data.
